Since joining The LIBRE Initiative and Americans for Prosperity in 2011, Cesar has excelled in numerous roles, including Miami Field Director, Florida State Director, Regional Director, Coalitions Director, and currently serves as the Public Affairs Director and National Spokesperson.
Recognized as a leading political analyst, Cesar’s insights are featured on major Spanish media outlets like CNN en Español, Telemundo, and Univision. Additionally, he hosts a daily morning show on a Salem Media Group station, engaging audiences with his perspectives on current events and policy issues.
In 2023, Cesar’s appearance on AFP’s ‘The American Potential’ podcast earned a prestigious Gold Award at the W3 Awards in the ‘News & Politics’ category. In 2024, he won a Gold Viddy Award for his work on the ‘Sabor a Freedom’ podcast. Cesar’s parents moved to Miami in 1999 to escape political instability in Colombia. Despite facing numerous challenges, including language barriers and financial hardships, they were determined to succeed. Starting with a small clothing business, their hard work and perseverance led to the establishment of a successful fashion company in Miami.
